We have two barns which are on well water.
House:
3 bedrooms/2 baths
foyer has hardwood floors, coat closet, and wet-bar area
living room, dining room, and kitchen have hardwood floors
dining room has antique wood-burning stove and separate entrance that leads to a large deck
kitchen is large with lots of cabinet space, stove, and dishwasher
den has separate entrance that leads to a large covered porch
attic with pull-down stairs/house built on crawl space
central heat/air/all electric
county water
Other amenities:
*the house is on one electric bill, the 2 barns are on another (great for business purposes)
*12 acres
*3 paddocks with 3 board fencing, one with 1 strand of electric also
*round pen with all-weather footing and lights
*arena with all-weather footing, lights, and a sprinkler system for dry-weather riding
*fruit trees (several apple, one plum, one pear)
*walking trail through the woods
*miles of dirt roads on which to ride
*a knowledgeable, friendly staff on premises
*the instructor/trainer is a certified elementary school teacher, as well as a CHA certified riding instructor. The
stable is also accredited with a nationally recognized equestrian program.
There is a sandbox, a playset, a tire swing, a small goldfish pond and Shelties (visit our Sheltie pages for
pictures of them) to entertain the friends who will not be riding while they're out.
