*CHA certified riding instructor with experience teaching elementary school,
4-H Horse and Pony Club members, and Girl Scouts Summer Riding Program members *site is accredited with the Certified Horsemanship Association, which
involves maintaining the highest possible safety and horsemanship standards within the industry in regards to the safety of
people and horses and the management of the facility *English and Western disciplines English - English equitation, hunter/jumper, huntseat equitation, Jumping, Dressage Western - Halter, Showmanship, Western Pleasure, Reining, and time events/contest events *All students are started off riding English to build their balance and seat, then they are encouraged to learn some Western
riding as well *ages 7 and up and all skill levels *special lessons can be given for children under 7 *horses for every type rider *requirements for riding lessons are: helmets (may bring your own or use one provided by Eagle Creek), boots
(no tennis shoes), and jeans or stretch pants, no dangling jewelry * must sign a liability waiver, medical form, lesson contract, photo release form, and consent to medical treatment
form *lessons include between 1 and 6 riders *lessons are given year-round, with ground sessions given occasionally during inclement weather *paid for monthly - The cost is $140 per student per month. To pay online, scroll up and click on the PayPal

Griffin, GA/ 30224 *if a student needs to discontinue lessons, Eagle Creek must be given a one-month's written notice in order to fill that
slot or $140 for that month's lessons. *typically one one-hour session per week, exceptions can be made if necessary *students are expected to get here 20-30 minutes before their lesson to groom and tack up (put on saddle and
bridle). They then get between 45 minutes and an hour ride time. Each student is expected to untack
the horse afterwards unless another student is going to be riding it. *Make-ups are allowed if: there is severe weather (heavy rain, ice, thunder and lightening, etc.) or a student is sick.
If the student is sick, we must be notified 24 hours before the lesson or the lesson time is forfeited. If a student
does not show up for a lesson without making prior arrangements with the instructor, the lesson is forfeited. Make-ups have
to be done within 7 days or they are forfeited. If makeup procedures are abused, Management has the right to take them
away. *lit arena and premises allows riding after dark *horsemanship program allows riders to progress at their own rate and develop
well-rounded horsemanship knowledge, and they receive certificates as they progress. Each level of the program includes
riding skills and non-riding skills and certain levels include both English and Western skills so that students receive a
well-rounded base of riding skills and horse care and management knowledge. This program would
be great for homeschoolers to use as part of their curriculum. *drill team, barrel team, show team, and FIRST program allow riders to focus on their choice of disciplines to
keep up their skills and interest. These activities have been put on hold for 2007. We look forward to starting
back strong in '08. *occassional field trips and social activities allow students the opportunity to get together and enjoy a different horse-related
activity *friendly, family-oriented atmosphere allows parents to rest assured that their child /children is/are in good hands.
Riders are instructed in an encouraging, not discouraging, manner. *please call for current openings Students who are involved in drill team, shows, or FIRST are expected to attend their regular lessons each week.
